A local engineering workshop contacted us after repeated breakdowns on their main machinery. The cause was an ageing control panel: loose terminations, undersized cabling and components that were no longer supported by the manufacturer.
To avoid any lost production, we planned the work for a weekend shutdown. Our engineers built and tested the new panel in our own workshop first, then swapped it in on site, labelled every terminal clearly and ran full functional checks before leaving.
The result is a safer, tidier panel that’s far easier to maintain, and the workshop was back up and running on Monday morning. We also offer planned inspection and maintenance contracts for commercial and industrial sites.
