With new rules on electrical safety in rented homes, a local landlord asked us to bring their whole portfolio up to date. Over four weeks we carried out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on 12 properties across Dundee and Angus.
Each report was clear and jargon-free, with any issues graded by urgency. Where work was needed, we quoted up front and fixed it on the same visit wherever possible: replacing damaged sockets, adding missing RCD protection and upgrading a handful of old consumer units.
